| Deposit & Payment Policy: |
A deposit equivalent to 50% of total venue rental will be required to confirm your booking.
Full payment is required fifteen days prior to the date of the event.
A tentative booking must be confirmed within ten days of the booking date to avoid loss of
booking. |
| Cancellation Policy: |
| In the event of cancellation, cancellation fee policy will be applied. |
| Hall Policies: |
Venue:
- The hall will be available from 8:00pm to 1:00am on the day of the wedding.
- Preparations will be underway throughout the day.
- The bride’s waiting room will be available from 12:00pm onwards.
- All tentative bookings must be confirmed within 10 days with a deposit to avoid loss of
booking. – Please see Payment Policy
- A refundable security deposit of RO 250 (Riyal Omani Two Hundred Fifty Only) must
be deposited prior to the wedding date against any damage to the premises or loss of hall
property.
- Candles may only be used when they are properly covered with a non flammable material.
- The management will not be held liable for loss of personal belongings. Any lost items
will be stored at the Al Noor Hall Offices the day after the wedding for a period of one
week.
