Hall Policy:

• The hall operation timing is set from 8:00pm to 1:00am on the day of the wedding.
• The management will not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings on the premises.. Waitresses provided by the client must be available during the above mentioned times to set up the buffet area.
• The use of candles in decoration and for any other purpose is strictly prohibited unless covered in a fire proof material (i.e. glass bottle with cover etc.) and approved by the hall staff.
• All additional third party spotlights and electrical systems used for the decoration of the stage or any other purpose must be approved by the hall technicians and comply with safety and fire hazard standards.
• Any damage to the premises or loss of hall property will be deducted from the refundable security deposit. Any additional damages will be charged separately to the client.
• All children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
  
  

• Booking must be confirmed with a 50% deposit of total hall expenses within 10 days after a tentative booking is made to avoid loss of booking.
• All balance amounts must be paid 15 days prior to the event date as per the invoice.
• All payments to third party services must be made prior to the wedding date.
• Any cancellation to the booking date must be submitted in writing to the management.

• Waitresses and wedding cake are complimentary only when an order of in house catering is placed by the client for a minimum number of 300 guests.
• All third party catering must arrive at the hall no later than 7:00pm on the day of the wedding.

• All decorations and preparations for the wedding will commence on the day of the wedding. The hall will not be available prior to the agreed date.
• When using frankincense (bukhoor), the vessel for carrying the bukhoor must be covered at all times.
• All disc jockeys, performers and bands must use the integrated speaker system at the hall. Third party speakers are not permitted.
• The use of fireworks, firecrackers, or any flammable material is strictly prohibited.
• Animals are not allowed within the premises.
